I never had any career success with the networking events, but when I started taking LinkedIn seriously last year; I discovered that LinkedIn is a huge e-networking event, except this time, you really have a great chance to impress a potential employer because you have the opportunity to really mesmerize them without having to give a one minute memorized compressed pitch.
