In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Legal, and Corporate Finance—to optimize trade spend, enhance revenue management, drive automation, and ensure strict alignment with international financial controls and IFRS standards.

- Commercial Planning: Execute full commercial planning cycles (S&OP, Budgeting, Latest Estimates) aligned with strategic company priorities.
- Pricing & Revenue Management: Support pricing strategies, revenue growth management, and margin optimization across target end markets.
- Investment & ROI Optimization: Manage and optimize trade spend, marketing OPEX/CAPEX, and evaluate return on investment (ROI) performance.
- Decision Support: Provide financial analysis, strategic insights, and business case evaluations for commercial leadership.
- Governance & Risk: Ensure commercial finance compliance with BAT policies, control frameworks, IFRS standards, and credit risk management guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Standardize tools, build automated financial models, and drive data-driven decision-making across the WESA cluster.
