Overview / What This Opportunity Entails

Quark helps enterprise teams manage complex, structured content workflows. This position is technical, outcome-based, and customer-facing. Rather than building isolated features from neatly scoped tickets, you will own the “hard middle”: converting vague requirements and messy APIs into working end-to-end customer solutions.

In this role, AI is central to daily operations. You will use developer tools like Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate builds, while constructing practical AI agents, Skill files, and reusable delivery patterns to make future customer rollouts faster and more reliable.

Note: You will NOT be writing generic slide decks or applying temporary workarounds without root-cause analysis. This is a dynamic, hands-on implementation role.

Core Details & Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will bridge enterprise systems, structured content, and AI automation:

• Implementation Planning: Translate customer requirements into concrete technical implementation plans, acceptance criteria, and delivery tasks.
• System Configuration & Integration: Configure Quark workflows, rules, and structured content models. Build and test REST API, webhook, SSO/SAML, and XML/XSLT deliverables.
• Troubleshooting & Analysis: Diagnose implementation defects by analyzing logs, payloads, authentication flows, transforms, and configuration dependencies.
• Automation & AI Artifacts: Build practical AI agents, Skill files, and scripting-based migration/automation deliverables.
• Technical Handover: Create concise runbooks, documentation, and walkthroughs that empower customers to operate the delivered solution independently.

Self-Qualification: Do You Match the Profile?

• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, systems integration, implementation, or technical consulting.
• Technical Stack: Proven experience building or troubleshooting REST API and webhook integrations, along with working knowledge of SSO/SAML authentication.
• Structured Data: Practical proficiency with XML and XSLT (or an equivalent structured-data transformation technology).
• Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language used for migration, automation, or workflow implementation.
• AI Tooling: Regular, practical use of AI developer tools (such as Claude Code or Cursor) AND experience building at least one useful AI agent, Skill file, or equivalent automation artifact.
• Communication & Hours: Fluent written and spoken English, plus availability for at least 4 hours per day overlapping with customer business hours in Europe and the US.

(Nice to Have: Background in content management or publishing platforms, experience drafting customer-facing technical runbooks, and proven ability to convert ambiguous requirements into end-to-end migrations).
