Quick Summary: Alpha Anywhere is recruiting an innovative AI & Learning Strategist to power its “2-Hour Learning” engine. This fully remote role blends deep data analysis with live student coaching to help children master academics in record time using artificial intelligence.

Overview / What This Opportunity Entails

Alpha Anywhere operates on a radical premise: kids can knock out a full day’s academics in just two laser-focused hours. The rest of their day is spent on creative and physical passions.

To make this happen, the platform relies heavily on AI-generated performance data. As the Learning Strategist, you will analyze this data to trigger exact, timely interventions. You will jump on live calls to coach students through roadblocks, all while designing next-generation AI workflows that double their learning speed.

Note: You will NOT be grading papers, writing lesson plans, or sitting in endless meetings. This is a hands-on, data-driven innovation role.

Core Details & Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will bridge the gap between heavy data analysis and human connection:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Build laser-accurate Academic Data Reports. Identify issues, flag anomalies, and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Live Student Coaching: Host rapid-response “rescue” calls. Run post-assessment coaching sessions to resolve student blockers, separate knowledge gaps from errors, and keep kids motivated.
• AI & Workflow Prototyping: Evaluate new educational apps and content. Design AI/LLM prototypes to solve specific learning challenges and innovate strategies.
• Strategic Leadership: Sync with leadership to refine digital tools, dashboards, and academic mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Self-Qualification: Do You Match the Profile?

To qualify for this unique intersection of data science and education, review the non-negotiable requirements:

• Professional Background: Demonstrated ability working in data science or a related role, education, EdTech, or student support with both analytical and interpersonal components.
• Student Experience: At least 1 year of experience working closely with K-8 students.
• Data Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, complex filtering).
• AI Automation: Experience building workflows and automations with Artificial Intelligence.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a kid-friendly coaching style.
• Time Zone Alignment: Available to work online Monday through Friday during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time.

(Nice to Have: A background in learning science, experience with Generative AI and prompting techniques, or basic coding skills like Python or JavaScript for querying AI APIs).
