Job 1: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Role Overview

The M&E Officer will oversee all data tracking activities. You will align daily operations with the corporate strategic plan. This role requires excellent data analysis skills. You must be able to manage data across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily tracking activities using the corporate M&E framework.
  • Measure progress against work plans using key performance indicators.
  • Collect and analyze performance data from every department.
  • Write clear monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
  • Build real-time dashboards to help the board make decisions.
  • Help different departments set targets and design work plans.

Required Qualifications

  • You need a Bachelorโ€™s Degree. This should be in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, or M&E.
  • You must hold an M&E Certificate if your degree is in another field.
  • You need at least three years of post-qualification M&E experience.
  • You must know how to use SPSS, Stata, Excel, or Power BI.

Job 2: Assistant Registration Officer (3 Positions)

Role Overview

These workers will manage registration documents. You will organize and dispatch files for digital data entry. You will also run efficient filing systems.

Required Qualifications

  • You must have a Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  • You need a Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: The agency does not require any prior work experience.
  • You must have strong organizational skills and speak fluent English.

Job 3: Registry Assistant (1 Position)

Role Overview
